I tell you, if there is one thing that will send you up a wall, it’s Lyme. It takes over your life. Not only does is hurt and steal your nights, but day after day there is this medication or that supplement. You think you’re doing better, you feel relief and than SLAM, it hits you again. You don’t want to talk about it all the time, but it’s taking ALL your time, it feels like.
For so long, I wasn’t diagnosed and the not knowing was the worst: so much fear.
I now have excellent practitioners helping me and I am well supported. And most recently, I was told: do more Tai Chi, more relaxation exercises, RELAX.
After very relaxing Tai Chi this morning I hit rage! So SO SOOOO angry at this nasty nasty disease.
Okay, so – tired of hearing me rant?
I do recall that – if you’ve lived in fear, it’s one step up toward health to hit anger. I guess that would be a mild word for what I feel. But yay. If it’s better than fear, I’m glad. And I’ll be very glad when it’s into hope and
